Lizzet R. Prince
As co-founder and President of Prince Building Corporation, Lizzet inspires and empowers the team to create the exceptional. Lizzet acquired an appreciation for architecture and the passion to build at an early age. Lizzet started working in the construction industry when she was 17 years old. Since her first position working in the construction field, Lizzet has gained a clear understanding and respect for the hard work and dedication required to be successful in construction.
Lizzet studied Architecture in college and found a greater connection in construction. With Lizzet's background in Architecture she brings unique insight and collaboration with our clients and design partners offering a perspective of not only how to build, but how to design as well. From the start of a concept to the completion of the project, Lizzet's keen eye for quality, design and excellence in construction offers the client an unmatched value.
Lizzet holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a Master's Degree of Business Administration from Florida International University.
VICE PRESIDENT
Scott Prince
As co-founder and Vice-President Prince Building Corporation, Scott provides strategic oversight and day-to-day executive leadership. His primary focus is to maximize productivity, safety, growth and profitability for the company. Scott's ability to translate a vision into reality has led Prince Building Corporation
to its position as one of South Florida's up and coming construction firms.
Scott brings over three decades of construction experience to the company. His career is distinguished by his outstanding operations knowledge, and experience on managing the construction of various building types including hotels, apartments, condominiums, office buildings, retail, mixed-use buildings, assisted living facilities, multi-family high-rise, private residences and parking garages.
Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction from Auburn University, is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and qualifier for Prince Building Corporation.
